With guest soloists and a full orchestra, this town-gown chorus performs one of the most moving of all the musical settings of the Biblical texts telling the last days of Jesus, with its dramatic characters and turn of events.

The nation’s oldest town-gown choral society offers transformative musical experiences through the performance of major choral-orchestral works, both old and new. In 2017-2018, the 100-voice ensemble, performs powerful works that speak to our time while being timeless in beauty.
